Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are now looking for a dynamic Compliance Coordinator or Paralegal to independently support the MOAI (Market Area South East Asia, India and Oceania) Compliance team on a variety of Compliance initiatives, with a focus on Third Party Management, Compliance communication and trainings and general documentation management and file maintenance. You will
- Handling relevant documentation project management
- Independently prepare, gather, coordinate, organize, drafting, review and file relevant documents and information (third party due diligence reports, training and communication materials and documentation related to the implementation of our compliance program)
- Assist Compliance Officers in drafting and reviewing third party information and due diligence reports, including entering relevant information in Compliance platforms and systems
- Analyze and organize data, including designing innovative processes to efficient store Compliance information.
- Prepare documentation for meetings, including taking and filing minutes of meetings for MOAI Compliance decision-making fora.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree holder of Law
- Proven track of 3-6 years experience with paralegal experience and/or having certificate in legal training / studies
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to the prevention of corruption and fraud an asset
- Excellent skills in project management, collaboration, administration, and team working
- Heavy focus on team work
- Excellent writing skills, organizing, and attention to details
- Adept at following detailed process and procedures, also able to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative
- Learning and researching skills
