  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including sales, vendor, license, non-disclosure, referral, partnership, service, and various other agreements
  • Find and resolve wide-ranging legal issues relating to the business, including issues such as transactional and commercial law, licensing, litigation risk, data privacy, and protection, regulatory and intellectual property. You will work directly with business clients to provide on-the-ground support and identify potential legal issues.
  • Assisting with the development of legal responses to requests for proposals (RFP)
  • Identifying and mitigating issues and compliance risks
  • Assisting with the company Risk Report submission by compiling inputs and status from all departments.
  • Act as a legal generalist while providing specialist support to clients and legal members in selected areas of expertise. You will provide legal support to your clients by resolving matters directly, and if required collaborating with specialized legal offices/consultants.
  • Provide advice and support to management, staff, and to clients regarding legal subjects. For
