We are looking for a highly skilled Indonesia-qualified lawyer with 4-5+ years of experience to join our legal team. This role will be based in Jakarta. You will work closely with business units to support the growth as well as be responsible for the end- to-end process of legal matters relating to any corporate and strategic alliances of the Company, including in our group holding and respective subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with M&A transactions (either representing buy- side or sell-side clients), strategic deals and financing transactions of all sizes. Prior experience working in a similar streamline in startups is a plus, but not required. SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER

A great opportunity awaits our Senior Legal Manager who will represent Gojek and the Legal Team for a majority of its legal and business advisory. Together with Head of Business Streams, you’ll run points for all legal matters that are related to all Gojek’s on demand business streams, primarily Food, Transport, Logistics, Merchants, and Litigation. Reporting to SVP of Legal, you’ll also manage other pivotal streams, international entities and other projects that are demanded by Gojek’s business. What You Will Do
