Webminar “Legal Workshop #2: Legal Writing 101” merupakan acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Law Career Development Center Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada (LCDC FH UGM). Webminar ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 13 Maret 2021 dengan mengambil tema “Legal Research 101”. Acara ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa yang tertarik untuk berkarir sebagai advokat dengan keterampilan untuk melakukan riset, penulisan, dan presentasi argumentasi hukum sesuai standar dalam firma-firma hukum. Selain itu, acara ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum UGM tentang profesi advokat di Indonesia, sehingga mahasiswa memperoleh wawasan yang memadai untuk bekerja di firma-firma hukum di Indonesia. The ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (ASEAN-IPR) was officially launched by the ASEAN Leaders in November 2012, during the 21st ASEAN Summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was established to be an ASEAN institution mandated for research activities on peace, conflict management and conflict resolution. ASEAN-IPR is listed in Annex 2 of the ASEAN Charter, as an “Entity Associated with ASEAN”, under the category of ‘Think Tanks

About SUAKA

SUAKA is an Indonesian Non-Governmental Organization focusing on the protection of refugee rights in Indonesia. SUAKA has been formally registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2019 as an association.

CSIS is seeking a full-time research intern from March 2021 to September 2021 to support the CSIS Reconnecting Asia Project–an initiative that analyses the evolving digital, transport, and energy connectivity of Eurasia, including China’s Belt and Road Initiative. The team’s research has been featured in outlets such as the Financial Times, the Economist, and National Geographic. The position is research and data entry intensive and therefore requires excellent time management skills and careful attention to detail.
