Job Description

• Provide legal support for the users in which the person is able to demonstrate consistent ability to apply strategic thinking, good judgment and, for furtherance of career development, leadership qualities. Growth will include the ability to serve as the first chair for a project.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead initiatives that can promote the quality of Legal, LRO or the Company respectively.
• On limited occasions, able to serve as a stand in for the General Counsel – especially, those with growth projection.
• Able to assist the General Counsel or Senior counsels for external engagements, including serve as a permanent representative in associations.
• Able to assist the General Counsel develop more junior talents.
• Progression includes the ability to effectively coordinate with the shareholders’ group.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law and have up to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exposures on commercial issues is preferred
• Preferably admitted in an Indonesian Bar Association

Skills

• Good communication skills, including good proficiency in English
• Ability to apply good judgment in providing legal support for the company.
• Good counseling, drafting and analytical skills.
• Has a drive to excel and can work autonomously while being a good team member
