Finance and Projects Junior Lawyer

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and have:

• A law degree (SH) with a strong academic track record
• A minimum three years of relevant work experience
• Managing and coordinating finance & projects work and/or mergers & acquisitions work would be a plus (e.g., oil & gas, mining, power and renewable energy, foreign investment, private company acquisition, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, leases and compliance)
• A PERADI license
• A strong focus on excellent client service
• Good communication skills and confidence, with excellent English speaking & writing skills
• The ability to work in a team environment and individually
• A real desire and ability to excel through learning and development processes

Mergers & Acquisition Lawyer

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and have:

• A law degree (SH) with a strong academic track record
• A minimum three years of relevant work experience
• A PERADI license;
• Experience in managing and coordinating M&A works, includes foreign investment, private company acquisition, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, leases, and compliance.
• Strong client service and focus;
• Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually.

Intellectual Property Associate

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens with the following qualifications:

• A Law Degree (S.H,) with a strong academic track record
• At least three to six years of relevant work experience
• A PERADI license and/or an IP Consultant license is also preferable
• Experience filing IP litigation claims in Indonesia Courts
• Experience in initiating IP enforcement actions.
• Business development and leadership acumen.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• The ability to work on challenging assignments in a team environment.
