PT.  Multi Kontrol Nusantara (“MKN”) was established in 1984. Qualifications 

• Academic I Professional Qualification :   Bachelor  of Law undergraduate degree
• Working  Experience  :   at least  5 years experience  with  proven track record in contract negotiation  and drafting,  corporate or law firm
• Expertise  I Skills I Language :
• Excellent   relationship   and  communication    skill  necessary for  interaction  with  the  Partnership  and Judicial   System
• Fluent in English and ability  to provide  independent advice  (orally and writing) to Managing Director
• Personal  Attributes :    Excellent  interpersonal and communication  skill
• Others :   Detail  oriented  and  must be willing for travelling outside Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Review and provide legal advice  on tender documents
• Review  on-going  cases and advice management accordingly
• Liase with relevant  department to ensure that where  legal  risks have been identified
• Provide legal  protection  and risk management  advice to management especially on contract management
• Review and advice management on legal implications  of internal  policies  and procedures
• Prepare and Review draft contracts,  agreements, and internal  policies to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal  requirements
• Negotiation   with  third parties eg :   vendors,  clients,  etc on clauses to be put in  agreement
• Formulate compliance check-lists to be used that all information   required is provided accordingly
• Continuously   monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advice management accordingly
• Prepare monthly and quarterly  of Legal activity reports
• Review  all contracts or any other documentation where the company has commited itself and assess legal   implications that need  to be brought to the management’s attention
• Prepare,  review, and modify  contractual  aspects to assist  and support various business unit activities and ensure  the information  is  submitted on time
• Manage  and maintain Company’s Permits/Licenses
• Manage any legal acts and issues that can put company into risks

Qualifications 

• Master Degree in Law would be beneficial
• Min 2 years experience in the field of corporate law and litigation
• Have good competencies in Legal Litigation, Legal Analysis, and Legal Compliance
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice, opinions, advice and legal assistance as well as having legal implications for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that the company’s interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Carry out and prepare legal documents in connection with routine corporate activities to ensure the fulfillment of company obligations as stated in the company’s articles of association.
• Collect and process data or information needed for a case so that comprehensive data can be obtained which can strengthen the company’s legal position on the case.
• Conduct research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to company activities and provide advice to related work units so that the company’s activities are in accordance with these laws and regulations.
• Monitor and coordinate with related work units regarding permits that must be owned by the company to ensure the licenses do not expire.

• Law Bachelor Degree (Master preferrable);
