About the job
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct legal review, verification, analysis and due diligence related to agreements, MOUs, LOIs, and business letters.
- Assist in drafting of the relevant legal documents to be issued by the company.
- Provide administrative support for Legal department.
- Collaborate with legal team to support GDS related matters.
- Aid with general corporate secretary services.
