Litigation specialists are responsible for handling legal cases faced by companies by providing legal opinions, legal documents, and legal actions. This position also provides assistance to the team at the branch to find out what obstacles are being experienced in relation to the handling of cases currently being faced by the company.
What You Will Do
- Representing the company in litigation activities
- Manage all phases of litigation from the investigation, pleadings, appeal process and/or settlement and monitoring all the litigation process, also to make sure services delivered in a timely and cost effective ways
- Providing strategic legal advice in litigation matters and ensure that any are supported with the highest standards of legal, professional ethics and complaint with prevailing laws and regulation
- Liaise with debt recovery unit for the settlement of disputes on credit and mortgage including the execution of the mortgage/collateral
What You Need To Have
- At least 8 years experiences in litigation area practice, preferably in banking or financial service industry
- Hold PERADI license
- Have handled multiple and various complex case of litigation, including civil; criminal & commercial litigation, PKPU, bankruptcy, fraud, debt recovery, credit and mortgage, employment, commercial dispute resolution in banking industry
- Extensive network in any relevant parties related to the litigation process
- Very strong analysis and strategy in litigation matters
- Strong ethics and high personal integrity
- Good communication skill in English (speaking & writing)
