- Main legal PIC for all Tokopedia’s website terms and conditions
- Accommodate and arrange meetings and coordination with all stakeholders and/or requesters, to review and compliance check for requested business initiatives that needs regulated in terms and conditions
- Manage the process of terms and conditions creation (new and/or revision) and liaise with all stakeholders for approval process
- Monitor the requested creation and revision of terms and conditions to be lived in Tokopedia’s site, and all required action in relation to the creation”
Requirement
- Maximum of 1 (one) year experience working in a legal environment, fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent and has an in-depth understanding with business and corporate laws and other e-commerce related regulations
- Experience in drafting (Indonesian and English) legal documentation
- Good business writing and effective interpersonal and communications skills, in Indonesian and English
- Able to be proactive and initiative with good problem solving skills
- Excellent teamwork
- Ability to work in a confidential environment
- Well organized and attention in detail
