LIMAU is a culinary concept that combines modernized food with traditional Indonesian heritage as its main component, Nasi Jeruk. With authenticity and grit, LIMAU has been supplying good food since 2017, starting as a home business in Jakarta Barat. Through proceeds from online platform sales, we eventually created and operated portable booths that participated in big and highly lucrative F&B events in Jakarta.
Starting from 2021, Limau is officially invested and supervised by JIWA GROUP (Kopi Janji Jiwa, Jiwa Toast, Jiwa Tea). This led our journey from a home business to a franchise with currently 10+ operating outlets and in the process of opening 50+ outlets across Indonesia on second quarter of 2021. Our target is to have 100+ operating outlets by the end of 2021.
About The Role
We are hiring an HR Generalist who is driven, strategic, yet composed.
On this early stage of our new company we need your assistance in building well driven teams supported by high spirited and dedicated crews. It is our vision and mission to achieve high performance results with high qualities crews while developing them in our company to even make them better as a professional and also as a person.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Development, HR Administration,
- Familliar and have a good knowledge in psychological test and UU Ketenagakerjaan
- Understanding of general human resource policies, procedures, function and best practice
- Good analytical thinking and attention to details
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Joglo, Jakarta Barat
