Roles
The Head of HR & Administration is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters guided by the implemented HR procedures and policies. He/ She is responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Administration processes and support through the effective coordination and management of the HR Administration support team
Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Lead the HR team to deliver its functions and services to the Company and employee
- Develop/ manage and execute country HR Framework , Policies and structures in panning the HR functions to support Company’s strategic direction and long term goals.
- Accountable for HR Services ie HR Operations and Processes ie Hiring, ComBen, Performance Management, Training & Development and Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement
- Provide guideline, consultation for HODs/ Supervisors and employees to ensure the good practice HR.
- Sound knowledge in Indonesia Employment Laws
- Responsible to prepare structured reporting on HR activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholder ie CEO, Group on the frequency as per timeline
- Partner with Group and taking leads in Regional project and initiatives
General Admin
- Lead the Admin team to deliver its functions and services to the Company and employees
- Accountable for Admin Operations/ Processes ie budgets, tendering/ procurement, maintenance and other services
- Responsible to prepare structured reporting on Admin activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholder ie PD, Group on the frequency as per timeline
- Partner with Group and taking leads in Regional project and initiatives
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles from Financial Institutions with a proven management skills
- Candidates from Insurance and technology industries will be an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term implications of individual decisions.
- Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems.
- Willing for travel for business purposes, as and when required
