Qualifications
- Have a bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- 1-2 years of work experience is an advantage
- Well understanding of corporate laws and intellectual property rights
- Able to think critically and logically
- Able to draft and review contracts and legal documents in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate agreements
- Provide, circulate, and organize legal documents
- Provide legal memo, legal advice, and assistance to the company regarding legal matters
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, archive of legal documents
- Update and comply with relevant regulations
- Update terms and conditions of Zenius web and app
- Register intellectual property and other legal obligations
- Provide legal assistance in connection with intellectual property breach and any other disputes.
