InternCIPS is a CIPS internship program for university students or fresh graduates who want to gain professional work experience in one of the Top Think Tanks in the Asia Pacific.
Internship period: 5 January 2022 – 11 March 2022
You will gain understanding and knowledge about conducting research, writing policy briefs, and a deeper understanding of the analysis on current issues from the perspective of public policy. You will be working with the research department and help them with:
- Writing and analyzing policy papers
- Data interpretation
- Literature review
- Data collection
- Transcribe interview
- Communicate with the relevant person in policymakers and other stakeholders

Who can intern at CIPS?
- Young proactive individuals between the ages of 18 – 25 who have the eagerness to learn and interest in public policy research, advocacy, and the think tank world.
- Preferably fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Has the ability to work in a team or independently.
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Fully committed to joining the program from home for a minimum of 2 months with working hours from 08.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday*.

The program will be open once the recruitment period started. The process is as follows:
