Job Specification:
- Bachelor Graduate from Law or relevant major with minimal 3.25 GPA.
- Minimal 5 Years Experience in Related Field
- Proven Experience in Leading Team
- Expertise in B2B legal contract management
Job Description :
- Align with Corporate Legal (CLE) in draw up the business contract & ensure the clauses in the contract in accordance with Corporate Policies
- As liason with Business Team, to understand the business flow & scheme on WGO’s special projects (JV, Toll Manufacturing, etc)
- Liase with Business Head and Global PD Head on registering new/renewal TM or product/class extention in the countries in accordance to business strategy of each country / region
- Maintain IPR database (in colaboration with CLE team) to ensure the validity and updates timely
- Tracking TM status (in colaboration with CLE team) and updates Business Team
