This twenty for-month rotational programme is for individuals who want to become the leaders in Global Functions. The programme aims to developing participants along the management path in one of our Global Functions (Risk), through a structured learning and rotation across the selected functions.
During the programme, we will provide talents with development initiatives among other cores: intensive induction programme, experiential workshops, management and leadership workshops, cross functional rotation, active learning projects, corporate events participation and community services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.2/4.0; OR
- Master’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.5/4.0
- Max. 3 years experienced or Fresh graduate from Engineering, Law, and Finance
- Preferably those who have experience in Risk Management areas
- Strong motivation to pursue a banking career
- Self-driven and demonstrates leadership competencies and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is a must, but equally have to be able to speak fluently in Bahasa
- Proof of legal right to work in Indonesia
