Job Description:
- Managing legal documents and files
- Assisting in various daily operations
- Sending faxes, emails, letters, and phone calls for document distribution
- Responsible in reporting all information accurately to related departments
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Law or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Having experience in legal admin field is preferred
- Available for at least 3 months (can be extended)
- Willing to work onsite from the office (Office location: Blugreen Office, Kembangan, West Jakarta)
- Can join as soon as possible (Mei 2022)
