Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and law office documents of all types, including briefs, correspondence, affidavits, contracts, pleadings, and memos.
- Keep paperwork and digital documents organized and properly filed.
- Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements; monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested
- Research and having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulation and research related to any company business activity
- Handling company day-to-day activities and any general corporate matters
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies
- Draft, amend, review and/or recommend modifications function that related laws and regulations governing the Company
Qualification
- Bachelor from prominent university in Indonesia with minimum GPA 3.00, majoring in Law.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral, written and good communication skill)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Internship experienced will be a plus
- Having knowledge about banking law, corporate law and civil law
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of strong negotiation, communication, organizational and people management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with minimum supervision
- Experience in handling high volume of work and activities involving multiple and complex projects simultaneously
- Problem solving and analytical skills also attention to detail (highly organized)
- Good networking, good communication, highly motivated, responsible, responsive and ability to work well within the team.
