We are THEMIS LAW, an Indonesian corporate and litigation law firm, having its office at Millennium Centennial Center, Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav. 25, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, 12920 and we are looking for s an Associate to join our law firm.
QualificationsÂ
- Male/Female
- Bachelor of Law degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
- At least have min 3 (three) years of working experience as an Associate in a Law Firm
- Having a PERADI License is a plus
- Have experience in mining matters
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in Corporate and Litigation Cases
- Have good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication with excellent English proficiency in verbal and written
- Familiar with technologies and computer literature (i.e. Microsoft word, excel, outlook, etc)
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and have a good initiative
Responsibilities
- Document preparation
- Liaising with clients
- Answering and transfer of calls, taking notes/messages and redirecting calls when appropriate
- Schedule court depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders
- General administration duties
- Research various topics in the legal field
- Drafting agreements in both Indonesian and English language
