Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in law. 
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and / or in-house legal practitioner. More experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Having exposure and/or practical experience in the field of e-commerce, fin-tech, privacy law, finance, business transaction, and/or intellectual property rights is an advantage.
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in Bahasa Indonesian and English language).
• Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Goal oriented independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• CV must be written In English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for any agreement or contract with third parties.
• Creating a legal drafting (deed agreement), legal opinions (make legal opinion) and legal review.
• Management and extension of all aspects of company legality.
• Registration of patents and trademarks.
• Evaluate the proposed creation / changes in work procedures.
• Ensuring the company has been run in accordance with the provisions or applicable laws and regulation.
