Associate Lawyer for Litigation at Adco Law
Established in 2008, ADCO Law is a full-service law firm providing clients with a wide range of legal services from corporate formation, acquisition, and share divestment to company dissolution. As a full-service law firm, ADCO Law also has a strong litigation team consisting of pure litigation lawyers teamed up with litigation lawyers who are trained and experienced as corporate and commercial lawyers. This combination will benefit the clients not only to achieve the expected results but also to easily monitor cases with “commercial sense” approaches of our litigation practice.
Qualifications
- Qualified and registered in PERADI
- Min 4 years of experience in litigation/arbitration practice
- Standout experience and knowledge in criminal law and/or civil law
- Having knowledge of arbitration will be an advantage
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Reliable, resilient, able to work under pressure and ambiguity while preserving attention to details
- Eager to learn, team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior Associates and Partner in handling cases
- Participating in all or part of the handling of litigation cases
- Analyzing and handling litigation cases from a legal perspective, preparing legal advice and legal opinion on existing cases appropriately and effectively
- Providing assistance to clients in handling cases that arise both in the civil/criminal field
- Build relationships and coordination with external parties, especially the police, prosecutors, courts, and other law enforcement officials as well as other parties being related to litigation cases
- Ready to solve cases in town and out of town
