More than providing capital, we actively manage our portfolio companies by accelerating growth through integration of our in-house professional project management team, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget, and on-specification delivery to their clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
  • Having minimum 1 years working experience as in-house legal or associate at law firm (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Having good personality, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Fluency in business level English both written and spoken
  • Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate law
  • Capable working as a team player
  • Willing to do business trip

Responsibilities 

  • Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)
  • Assisting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors
  • Handling day-to-day legal operations
  • Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger and other corporate action
  • Updating legalities of the company’s and its subsidiaries and establish a new subsidiaries
  • Providing legal advise to the Board of Directors and operation or project team
  • Overseeing the company’s subsidiaries
