Tax analysts have to analyze the current tax liabilities owed by an organization and fill theappropriate paperwork based on newest regulation. Prepare documents, conducting legal and/or tax research, maintaining and organizing files. Help tax lawyers prepare for corporate meetings, trials,and hearings as well.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Fresh graduate (within 2 years) and/or between 1-3 years experiences in law firm
  • Better if you have taxation experience or are brevet certified.
  • Excellent knowledge in Taxation Law, Tax Dispute, and Tax Litigation.
  • Collaborative, Cooperative, Competences and Creative.
  • Creat time management, attention to detail and good analytical skill.
  • Dynamic and have a growth mindset.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for handling review agreements, contracts, permit, affair in corporate legal matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements documents
  • Oversee business developments regarding the agreements handled
  • Prepare projects reports in legal scope
