Responsibilities
- Assisting legal team to drafting & reviewing legal documentation (MoU, Agreement, PoA, Official Letters, Partnership Agreement, Lease Agreement, License Agreement etc.) to comply with the applicable law and the management’ standard terms and conditions.
- Assisting legal team to encounters legal issues or needs a legal help.
- Assisting legal team for day to day
- Assisting legal team to do the submission of the company business license, business location permits, and operational licenses done by legal officer as well as keep track on the enforceability.
Requirement:
- Last semester student or a freshgraduate from Law major
- Able to draft and review contract or legal document.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (is a must)
