Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance across diverse business units
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth and success of each business unit
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with vendor, supplier, customers, and partners
- Management and monitoring company assets
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance and repair of office facilities and ensure office needs and security of office facilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
- Having experience as corporate legal min. 2 Years
- Can do attitude
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
- Willing to do administrative and practical works
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
- Good problem solving, analytical skill.
