ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
- Obtaining all of NIB of companies within the group, and responsible on the registration process of all of companies within the group to OSS system.
- Identifying and recapitulating the expired license and permit to be extended and renewed by license team.
- Monitoring the timeline of license process and immediately give alert to license team if the timeline is delay to detect and solve any problems may arise.
- Reviewing and drafting agreements between company with internal / external parties.
- Perform recommendation or consultation to users regarding legal matters.
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent with minimum IPK 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- Having minimum 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in handling OSS and IMB/PBG licenses.
- Placement in Setiabudi – Kuningan, South Jakarta and willing to travel intensively under tight schedule.
