Job Description
- Maintain relationship with internal and external parties to manage project development
- Communicate user needs to propose for improvements
- Monitor daily BAU operations and seek for improvements
- Manage budgets and vendor relations for projects
- Maintain the project timeline and result
Qualifications
- Have proper knowledge of Customer Experience end to end flows
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 years working in customer service/ customer care/ operational project/ product areas
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and RPA system
- Min. 3 years experience leading project team
- Basic Microsoft Office (esp. Microsoft excel + PPT) skillset
- Having knowledge in the technical area is an advantage
