The Role: Accounting & Tax Manager
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Assign projects and direct Finance & Accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
The Candidate
- Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related major
- Minimum 7 years experience, with 3 years in a leading role
- Hands-on approach and attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture and continuously improve processes within the role
- Teamwork mind-set and the tenacity to work on solution

The Role: Audit Manager
- Lead Internal Audit’s change initiative by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and planning of operational process, audit execution, financial reporting, staff recruiting and development, and audit technology
- Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management
- Ascertaining business process threats and Produce reports underlining problems in order to provide a prospective ways out
- Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions
- Execute audit plan by identifying all possibilities to improve and increase the efficient use of resources, activities, and business processes, including potential new opportunities
- Improve the implementation quality of good corporate governance, internal control, and risk operations
- Submit audit results to internal counterparts; ensure these results comply with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures
The Candidate
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an auditor in a consulting firm; experience conducting audit for payment/financial services/IT Operational
- Good understanding of Risk Management and Compliance
- Good analytical thinking & problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to work with sharp approach skill
- Proficient in using complex Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and data flowchart system
