Senior Associate in Banking and Finance
Job Description:
- Being a part of Banking & Finance (B&F) team to handle banking, financing and project related transactions and advisory matters representing financial institutions, borrowers, developers, and sponsors with a wide range of financing and project financing issues.
- Conduct administrative and business development tasks
- Taking instruction from and engaging in discussions with, Partners and/or Senior Associates, liaise with the client’s as well as counterparty’s representative to coordinate, discuss, advice, and negotiate with respect to the relevant transaction/advisory matter.
- To coordinate, delegate tasks to associates and trainees and to supervise, monitor and guide the in handling the relevant transactions/matter in representing AHP on daily main tasks involving clients.
Requirements:
- A law degree (SH), with good academic track record LLM degree is a plus.
- ≥ 8 years’ experience in a law firm mostly handling banking, finance and project matters or
- ≥ 6 years in a law firm (handling banking, finance and project matters) and ≥ 2 years in bank(s) or financial institution(s).
- Managing and coordinating finance & projects work from power and infrastructures.
- Has adequate knowledge and understanding of B&F transactions and applicable laws and regulations including Fintech
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Capable of working as a team player
- Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning
- Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs
- Able to forge solid professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Experienced Associate in M&A
Job Summary:
- Being part of Merger’s & Acquisition (M&A), team to handle corporate and commercial transaction across abroad range of industries.
- Represent AHP on daily main tasks involving clients creating effective industry-oriented solutions for their transactions and investments.
- To complete tasks, support Senior Associates, such as prepare and draft transaction documents, and prepared draft legal advice and legal memorandums.
- To coordinate, delegate tasks to associates and trainees and to supervise monitor and guide them handling the relevant.
Requirements:
- A law degree (SH), with good academic track record
- At least (7 – 8) years of relevant work experience
- Highly experienced in managing and coordinating M&A works, includes foreign investment, private company acquisition, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, leases, and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Capable of working as a team player
- Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning

Requirements:
- At least a law degree (SH) with good academic record
- Between 5 – 7 years of experience of working in a law firm in Capital Market Practice Group
- Familiar with Prospectus, and will be in charge of Due Diligence
- Excellent verbal and written English skills

Job Description:
- Being a part of Dispute Resolution team to handle clients/cases.
- Represent AHP on daily main tasks involving clients.
- Do tasks to support Senior Associates, such as prepare and draft transaction documents, lead legal due diligence exercises, and prepare draft legal advice and legal memorandums.
Requirements:
- Hold minimum of bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Have between 5-7 years of experience in working in a law firm specifically Dispute Resolution Practice Group
- Familiar with commercial law issues and dispute resolution
- Excellent verbal and written English skills Capable of working as a team player
- Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning
- Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs
- Able to forge solid professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Highly developed analytical skills, and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solution
