Davidgutewin Thrustlay Recht – Law Firm, located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, is a firm handling Money Laundering cases amongst any other litigation and non-litigation cases and projects. We are currently looking for Associate Lawyers to join and grow with us.
ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks including research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. This role is on-site at our Tangerang office.
Qualifications
- Law Graduate (S.H.) from prominent Indonesian University with at least 2 years of PQE as Associate Lawyer or in-house Legal Counsel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for internship position;
- Preferably possesses Advocate License (PERADI) or at least have completed PKPA and UPA;
- Proficient in English (please provide TOEFL/EPT/IELTS score) and technologically literate;
- Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment, fast learner, pays attention to details.
- Possesses skills in contract drafting, communication, analytical and critical thinking, legal research, legal reasoning, and legal writing. Able to explain complex legal matters to layman.
