Responsibilities
- Assisting Partners in handling corporate and commercial projects.
- Creating correspendence with client, counterpart, or other party.
- Conducting legal research or creating legal memos.
- Drafting legal work related to the firm’s projects.
- Representing clients in court, government institutions, or meetings.
- Studying projects or office documents.
- Keeping updated with new regulations.
- Involving in social and professional development activities of the Company.
- Providing update or report to Partner.
- Assisting partners to prepare materials for meetings or seminars.
- Managing schedule for project events as per Partner schedule.
- Providing advice or perspective to the Partner related to the project.
- Coordinating with other team members to achieve the project’s goal.
