Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Reputable University preferred.
- Peradi License;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent research skills, analytical skills and logical thinking;
- Excellent writing and drafting skills;
- Dynamic, fast learner, and good in attitude
- Able to work individually and work in a team
- High commitment and perseverance
- Proactive and fast in responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Partners in handling corporate and commercial projects
- Creating correspondence with client, counterpart, or other party
- Conducting legal research or creating legal memo
- Drafting legal work related to firm’s projects
- Representing client in court, government institution, or meeting
- Studying project or office’s documents
- Keeping update with new regulations
- Involving in social and professional development activities of the Company
- Providing update or report to Partner
- Assisting partner to prepare materials for meeting or seminar
- Managing schedule for project events as per Partner schedule
- Providing advises or perspective to Partner related to the project
- Coordinating with other team members to achieve projects goal
