ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
– Provide legal consultation and assistance to clients
– Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and litigation documents
– Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable regulations
– Represent clients in negotiations and trials if necessary
– Coordinate with internal and external legal teams for case resolution
– Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the client’s business
Qualifications
– Bachelor of Laws (S1) degree from a reputable university
– PERADI license (preferred)
– Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Lawyer or similar position
– Understanding of relevant civil, criminal, business and other regulatory laws
– Strong legal analysis ability and good communication skills
– Able to work independently as well as in a team
– Fluent in English (preferred)
