Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels (oral and written)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- A strong commercial and business acumen
- Honest, hard worker, detail oriented, able to work with target, has integrity for works
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating any types of Agreement to protect the business and legal interest of the Company
- Providing latest update on legislation that is relevant with the company’s businesses
- Advising the management in relation to legal risk that may be faced by the Company
- Performing legal assistance in relation to dispute resolution, e.g. : criminal and/or civil cases
- Maintaining all types of Company’s permits and licenses
