Qualifications

  • Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in providing legal advice and assistance to related function, particularly with respect to product development (policy and product related documents), bancassurance agreement and product distribution agreement (including digital partnership), financial agreements, marketing communication and CSR related agreement, hospital provider & medical panel agreement, third-party agreement, agency and corporate business related;
  • Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in managing Standard Operational Procedures of Legal function;
  • Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team to review and finalize day to day operation agreements, project-related contracts and other legal documents for execution;
  • Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team to be the corporate document repository which encompassing keeping and managing documentation of various executed agreement;
  • Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues;
  • Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in conducting internal training to relevant stakeholders if necessary.

Experiences you will get

  • Final year student or fresh graduates from Bachelor of Laws from reputable University with GPA not less than 3.00. (Final year students are also very welcome).
  • Have a high initiative and willingness to learn
  • Have an interest in corporate law
  • Have an interest in administrative task
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work individual and in a team.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language.

    Litigasi

    Non – Litigasi

    Qualifications 

    • Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
    • Pengalaman min. 2 tahun lebih disukai 
    • Usia Maksimal 28 Tahun
    • Sehat Jasmani & Rohani
    • Sudah / proses memiliki KTA/BAS
    • Pernah menangani perkara : Pendaftaran Kuasa sampai dengan Pembacaan Putusan
    • Bersedia bekerja di luar jam/hari kerja bila diperlukan
    • Menguasai bahasa Inggris, minimal pasif
    • Menguasai Microsoft Office
    • Mampu bekerja di lapangan dan bekerja secara team
    • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik

    Responsibilities 

    • Memberikan tulisan hukum yang berkaitan dengan pembelaan klien
    • Mewakili dan atau mendampingi Klien menghadiri sidang di Pengadilan
    • Menyiapkan bahan-bahan pembelaan untuk kebutuhan Klien
    • Membuat laporan hukum terkait perkara yang sedang ditangani
    • Melakukan penelusuran hukum sesuai dengan perkembangan Undang-Undang yang terbaru
    • Berkomunikasi atau menjadi penghubung dengan profesional lain
