Travelio is an online short to medium term home rental operator based in Indonesia. The types of accommodations we cover ranges from apartments, villas and houses.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university 
  • At least 2-3 years in law firm or start-up company is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership and strong negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Having experience in litigation would be advantage

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)
  • Drafted various draft and edit the contract templates
  • Conduct perform legal research as needed, and support projects as requested
  • Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation case (if necessary)
  • Doing advisory and review on company’s legal document.
  • Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments from legal & compliance aspect.

  • Analyze documentation against regulatory requirements and internal policies to advise business accordingly.
  • Resolve problems, escalating to senior staff as needed.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
