Develop data protection & privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and adoption with applicable regulatory requirements, the organization’s risk appetite, and industry best practice
Perform proactive Privacy Impact Assessment from a legal perspective to address potential issues in order to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Maintain data privacy programs to manage records of all data processing activities carried out within the organization
Develop and operationalize the data privacy considerations as part of the product design and new initiatives
Review and assess data protection and privacy procedures and ensure compliance within the organization
Provide advice, socialization, and education to various stakeholders surrounding data protection & data privacy within the organization
Promote a culture of data protection compliance across all employees of the organization
