Contracts Manager (Legal) – Quality & Risk Management

They say no man is an island – a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our legal manager for international deals, and strategic collaboration, you’ll be an instrumental cog in GoPay that directly impacts the organization’s payment business. Your main objective will be to oversee and coordinate international deals. You will have ample opportunity to flex your project management skills and dive deep into transactional projects, collectively getting us even closer to solidifying the payments international market. Reporting to the Head of Legal of GoPay, you’ll also manage other corporate initiatives that are demanded by GoPay’s business.
Act as a supervisor, and if necessary, project coordinator for payments international corporate deals
Regularly interacts and collaborate with the legal team in other jurisdictions on matters concerning payments international corporate deals in order to manage potential legal risk
Maintain stakeholder management and work closely with other departments
Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing and negotiating, and legal analysis in relation to various payments and technology-related deals
Developing and involving in corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matter.
Managing external legal counsel on specific projects
