Responsibilities

- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Responsible for end-to-end cycle of recruitment process from job advertising, sourcing, interview arrangement, candidate management, offering, employment contract signing, monitoring of pre-employment checking and onboarding until the candidate successfully join the Company.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc task given.
About the Job:
In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Legal in providing Legal Advice to particular departments in the company, e.g. COE, GA, and for any other Operation respective matters. Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts related to Operation matters in the company. Managing any agent or notary appointed by the company in arranging the obtaining of license including doing any work-related to ensure the license and permit attached to the company is valid and complies with the prevailing laws. Frequently aligning with Shareholders Legal team to ensure all legal related works with Shareholders can be handled sufficiently, including any corporate secretary event or action
