Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial legal, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of a variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with vendors, suppliers, customers, and partners
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various transactional matters, including project financing, M&A, joint ventures, investments and other corporate transactions
- Handling and taking responsibility for the contract management system and ensuring legal documentation is well-maintained
- Directly liaise with external parties, government institutions, or any other relevant regulators
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal processes and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably having experience in a law firm
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Solid understanding of the commercial legal aspect and can convert legal knowledge into commercial solutions
- Strong experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various commercial agreements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
