Content Legal Counsel at Netflix

Netflix seeks a seasoned and intellectually curious lawyer as the first member of the Content Legal team based in Indonesia to support our Indonesian content initiative focused on growing our content slate in Indonesia. As part of our Content Legal team, you will help define the Netflix brand and shape the future of entertainment. This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires curiosity and significant initiative.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Indonesian entertainment market in content licensing, production financing, and/or distribution is highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian
- Strong analytical capabilities and judgment
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on a high volume of assignments and to prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work in a small group, tackle all challenges and take initiative
- Ability to work closely with and manage outside counsel
- Ability to think practically and be solution-oriented
- Passion for Netflix’s strategy and different cultures
- Comfortable traveling internationally
