Responsibilities
- Support on all of contract processes together with vendor and contract management team, including review, ensure the contract has been signed properly, draft the contract, and complete the process
- Provide weekly report on each contract progress
- Support on vendor onboarding process
- Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, legal, business user) and 3rd parties to complete the process
Requirements
- Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
- English language (both spoken and written will be an advantage)
- Presentation skill for reporting of progress status and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail Preferable internship for 6 months
