Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Project Management, Communications, Public Relations or other related fields
  • Strong communicator with skills in writing and public speaking
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experienced in managing events from conceptualization to execution
  • Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organisations
  • Excellent with time, task, and project management skills
  • Social media and tech-savvy
  • Willing to learn and venture into new projects beyond the scope

Responsibilities

  • Developing programs, events, and other methods to engage Shopee and SeaMoney employees toward the success of a certain objective or goals in a creative way
  • Building relationship with business leaders, internal team, target participants (Shopee and SeaMoney employees), vendor, and other stakeholders
  • Organise and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Hands-on, creative, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Administrations related work, including invoicing, finance, and tax-related document
  • Work closely with the internal communications team in creating content that is delivered within the company, including but not limited to Instagram content, event articles, etc
