Job Description:
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Investigate the details of cases, processing the needed file
- Examine the legal issues related to project and services
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Prepare projects reports in legal-litigation scope
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes
- Understand procedural delivery of files to the court
- Understand the constitution in effect in Indonesia
- English proficiency is a must
- Placement in Thamrin – Jakarta
