Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Min 1 year of legal experience
• Deep knowledge and experience in case analysis and legal research
• Experience in drafting legal documents, reviewing a business contract and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders.
• Highly interested in pursuing a legal career in the technology industry in and fast-paced working environment
• Attention to detail and target oriented
• Able to be proactive and take initiative
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Have experience intern in a law firm is a plus
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Encourage company visions through available technology or research method and development
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and commercial agreements including cooperation agreements, NDAs, etc
• Provide legal advice and support specific business divisions/functions
• Offer counsel on a variety of legal issue
• Identifying legal risk
• Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company
• Ensure business is compliant with applicable laws.
