Job Descriptions:
- Able to draft and review contract such as sale and purchase contract, non-disclosure, memorandum of understanding, as well as other types of contracts and documents to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia, both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, in relation to the company’s business and operation.
- Able to prepare corporate documentations and other documents required for the company to operate its business in accordance with the prevailing regulations and company’s articles of association.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinion to support company’s business divisions in conducting the business activities to make sure the business activities always comply with the laws.
- Maintain company’s license and permit including report to authorities (non-logistic report) as the license and permit are important for continuity of business activities.
- Give some advice for legal operational and support other division if needed Advising the Management for any legal issues
- Maintain good communication with business divisions in the company both in English and Bahasa.
Qualifications:
- Bachlor/Master Degree of Law from reputable university
- Minimum 1-year experiences in the same field
- Having experiences as a corporate legal or lawyer is an advantage
- Possessed a goof communication skill (Bahasa and English)
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to draft ad review contracts such as sale and purchase contract
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions to support the company’s bussinness
- Prepare to corporate documentation and other documents required for the company
- Maintain the company’s license and permit including reports to authorities
