Responsibility
- Executing and Handling Administrative Aspects of Government Relation
- Processing and filing documents
- Assisting note taking
- Assisting any documentation for the Head of Government Relation & Associate
- Executing and Handling Administrative Aspects of Government Engagements
- Scheduling meeting
- Handling correspondence, phone calls
- Supporting in executing External Communication activities
- Developing, maintaining program with external partners (Ministries, Parliaments, Local Government, Businesses)
- Handling media, strategic partner follow-ups
- Supporting in executing Internal Communication activities
- Assisting in internal communication within the company
- Developing bi-weekly report for partner’s monitoring
- Creating Minutes of Meeting and developing dashboard for action plan
Requirements
- Minimum S1; preferably from International Relations, Law Administration, Economics background (BA degree would be preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in government-related roles (In Tech/Logistic industry would be advantageous)
- Oral and written English communication skill
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research tool
- Strategic thinking
- Experience in government correspondence
- Proficiency in appointments scheduling
