Responsibilities
- Managing all valid corporate legal documentation & ensuring the availability of it, which secure the company legal stand point in any contracts with business partners, counterparts, creditors, suppliers, etc
- Being up to date with information about capital market developments, especially capital market rules & regulations; & monitoring all reports that are required to be submitted to the employess of the Capital Market
- Responsible for handling both criminal and civil cases that occur in the corporate environment both head office and branches
- Provide legal opinions for the Company’s Board of Directors and all company department, by doing legal research & preparing analysis, summaries, reports as required; & also providing the best legal protection for the company
- Establish relationships with third parties such as underwriters, legal consultants, trustees, notaries to prepare the needs of the company’s capital market development
- Monitoring data & asset company document, & prepare the spread of resolution (circular resolution) of the company’s shareholders
Qualifications
- Max. 45 years old
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- Min. 10 years working experiences in related field
- Prefereably Senior Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- Having deep knowledge & experience in Multifinance Company, Capital Market, & Litigation
- Good command in English is a must
