The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate will manage the HR team within the Company, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, culture and engagement, compensation and benefit and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Responsible for end-to-end cycle of recruitment process from job advertising, sourcing, interview arrangement, candidate management, offering, employment contract signing, monitoring of pre-employment checking and onboarding until the candidate successfully join the Company.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc task given.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, or equivalent and above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Preferable candidate with background in Fintech industry.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, with proof of ability to work in fast-pace as well as structured environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, high proactivity, and able to work under tight deadline.
