Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relation issues
- Provide suggestions for both employee and management for relative issues
- Design Human Resources strategy to align and support with business objective
- Implement day to day HR process and ensure the effectiveness (Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement)
- Work closely with Management team and HR core team to provide updates regarding HR procedures or programs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in Human Resource; HR Generalist, HRBP
- Has proven track record on delivering HR strategy
- Data driven, solution oriented, and problem solving
- Initiative, proactive, Good communication, and strong interpersonal skill
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology, Management, or other related major
